If the product is Foxpro based they are notorious for not being compatible with JAWS. When I was working this was an issue and Foxpro refused to do anything as they were "compatible" with other software. I'm in complete agreement with Darrell - that there are many software that works "out of the box" - that is, it does not require scripts, config files, etc. Maybe the next move for Patty would be to get a "sample" of what the application is - that is, try it and see what happens.
