I'm sure your steps will help Outlook 2002 listers. You can also get to the same dialogue from = the View menu. This affects only the current message. You can also set high or low priority as your default level for all = messages in the following way. From the Inbox open the Tools menu and choose Options. Tab to the Email options button and press it. Tab to the = Advanced Email options button and press it. Tab to the When sending a message set importance combo and change it. Then OK out of the three dialogues you = have open and you'll be back in the Inbox.
