This isn't a case of different entries in my Jaws dictionary files. I just checked to be sure. Also, it only happens with Eloquence. To do this: 1. Press insert+d now to open the dictionary manager. JAWS will say "outlook express.jdf JAWS Dictionary Manager". 2. Activate the Add button. 3. In the Actual Word field, type Eloquence. 4. In the replacement field, type any word you choose, then press Enter. 5. Press ctrl+s to save the dictionary. 6. Press alt+f4 to exit Dictionary Manager. 7. Launch Notepad or your favorite word processor. . 8. Type any sentence or phrase with the word Eloquence and then press Enter. 9. Read the sentence that you just typed. 10. Switch back to this message and read it. Do you notice the new pronunciation? Hopefully you should. To delete the new dictionary entry for Eloquence: 1. Press insert+d again to get back into Dictionary Manager. Again, JAWS will say: "outlook express.jdf JAWS Dictionary Manager". 2. Tab to the tree view and locate your recent entry for Eloquence. 3. Tab to the Delete buttton and press space or Enter. 4. In the resulting dialog, click the Yes button. 5. Press ctrl+s to save the dictionary. 6. Press alt+f4 to exit Dictionary Manager. Pronunciation should be back to normal. Hope this helps. Tom
