Yes there is a drag and drop. the keystroke for jaws 10 is
CTRL+INSERT+NUM PAD SLASH
I don't know if this has changed with jaws11.
If you need more information you can find it in the jaws help.

you've gotta drag 'em. I think I know where to go, but is there a way to drag
