Oops, I was reading so faast I didn't realize she wasn't sure what the
Insert key was. Rebecca,is it that someone trained you on Jaws and always
called that key only the Jaws key, and never the Insert key, which it is?

THE INCERT IS THE JAWS KEY AT THE BOTTUM OF THE NUMPAD. THE SLASH IS THE
