Don't get mad

Even I am some kind of weird here sometimes throwing bad comments, refer to
my subject line, please. Can you give me ideas why am I receiving repeated
posts from the list? My inbox gets for about a hundred messages even the
topics I can get are for about 30 messages only, as subject lines stated. I
didn't do anything here.
