comcast.net works well for me. Once I log in, I find a link that tells me
how many messages I have. If no messages, no link but I can go to the
service center link and open email from there. Try turning off flash if you
use jaws 5.0.xx and see if that helps. It did for me.

Subject: Does anyone use comcast.com with JAWS?

Lately when I've tried to access my mail from their website I can't find the
link to the inbox. Sometimes it's thee and sometimes it's not. Has anyone
else who uses comcast had this problem and is there any way around it? I
asked a tech support guy about the presence or absence of a link, but I
could hear his eyes rolling around in his head because he couldn't
understand what I was on about!
