An object could be a text box. You can display a list of ojbects by pressing
CTRL+SHIFT+O in a Word or Excel document and then press enter to move to them.
Don't know much else about them.

Subject: Documents and Objects

Hi All.

Having recently checked a Word document, Jaws says, "the document has 1 object".

Could anyone tell me what an "object" is, and how we can check for them and
delete if necessary. I am assuming I have put it in there by accident, but am
not sure where or what it is.

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Ron
