Do all alphabet letters work using "insert 4" for foreign language symbols

Hi,
Here is an example of a bug that persists from version to version.
Try using insert + 4 and hitting the letter "a" for example
to find foreign language accent marks. Very inefficient.
And since we are talking about JAWS as in Job Access with Speech, one
wouldt hink the read whole number with delimiters (decimals)
would work again.
