Disabling secondary video card

HI,
I am asking for some one else to learn if one had
2 video cards listed under "display"
under "hardware"
in the "MY Computer properties,
should one "disable the "secondary" video card?
That assumes speech is alligned to the primary video card.
Any comments.
If this is such a big deal, a friend asks why it is not included in
instructions for setting up JAWS.
