Did the apply in individual voices get fixed?

Dear Listers,
I installed JFW 5.1, but I did a merge option so I didn't have to redo all
the voice settings.
Did they fix the apply button in the individual voices, so when you have
made changes to your second voice, it doesn't automatically exit the voice
settings?
If they didn't, then why do they keep the apply button there?
I am really getting tired of having to reenter the individual voice settings
after making changes to my second option!
