     Bruce!  What I usually do is:

! Press the context key
! Arrow one up to Properties
! Press enter
! Use the mouse keys to locate "Address" where the URL is displayed
! Left click somewhere inside the URL, an Edit Box comes up displaying the
URL
! Press ctrl-a to select all
! Press ctrl-c to copy the URL to the clipboard
! Press windows-r to bring up the Run dialogue
! Press ctrl-v to paste the URL into the Edit Box
! Edit the URL as desired
! Press Enter
