You have to go into the folder and check the boxes for each message, then
click the Delete button. There's a button to mark them as not spam and a
button to permanetly delete them. It's a tedious job because you can't check
all of the messages in one fell swoop...that would be nice! <smile>...but
that's what you have to do. It's a good idea to check that folder
periodically because every once in a while, at least for me, some things do
get put in there that shouldn't be, but for the most part, it does a pretty
good job of blocking the junk and keeping my messages going where they
should, so don't get checkbox happy and check everything without looking at
the messages first, just to be sure, so you can leave them and mark them as
not spam when you delete everything else. Take care.

Subject: Deleting SPAM folder in Gmail

Hello all members!

I visit my gMail account over the web and I found that I have allot of SPAM
items in my SPAM folder. How would I delete the items on that folder? It
is possible to clear the SPAM folder?

Thanks in advance.

Roden
