After you have your verbosity settings the way you want them for a particular Excel file, try using a CTRL-s to save the file and its verbosity settings, then when you close the file and open it again, your verbosity settings should be as you want them. HTH. Take care... I have set up several data regions in Excel by going to Insert, Names, and Define. I then went into the Jaws Verbosity dialog and set it for multiple regions. The problem is that Jaws is not recognizing multiple data regions. When I go back into the Verbosity dialog I find that Jaws has reverted to single data region. I can't seem to get it to accept being in multiple data region mode. What am I not doing? Thanks for the help.
