Sounds like a good start, at least.  You mean you opened the Jaws help 
function and searched for these terms, but found nothing?  If one were 
looking through the help tree structure table of contents, any idea which 
topic this stuff would come under?

Just in case I'd like more info, yet, that is.  Your suggestion might turn 
up enough to demystify it satisfactorily for me.

Go into IE and bring up Configuration manager from there. Go to HTML
Options, and the Misc tab. Find the document presentation control, and use
the ins-F1 help command. That's the only way I found any info, at all.
