You can personalize what gets read for a specific web page and domain with
the insert shift v combination.

Go into IE and bring up Configuration manager from there. Go to HTML
Options, and the Misc tab. Find the document presentation control, and use
the ins-F1 help command. That's the only way I found any info, at all.
