After you've created the new folder what do you do if you want to create
several files within your new folder. For Instance your new folder says
Merchandise and within that folder you want to put in a file that says
Macy's and another file that says JC Penney and so on so that within the
folder you can go to a particular file so you can look up items purchased
at the different stores. Is a sub folder the same thing as a file if you
are putting it in a main folder?
I hope this is not confusing.
