I am able to create a rule.

Even though jaws does not say that the condition has been checked in the
first two list boxes )(criteria and action lists) when I press spacebar =
the
item is checked.

When I tab into the rule description box and up/down arrow, Jaws does =
read
the items which I have selected in the first two list boxes. Pressing =
enter
on one of these lines does take me to the place where I can select the
specific criteria, in my case from my address book and the folder I want =
to
move the mail to.

I agree that Jaws should tell when an item has been checked.
