?I use windows 7 so I won't mind. One thing though. I thought that it was an aplication. Not a comand prompt thing.

Hi, using diskpart in the command prompt is very accessible and easy once you know how. I'll see if I can find the instructions for you and post them. It's more straight forward if your just wanting to shrink one of your existing partitions and use the remaining space to create the new one. I'm referring to Diskpart in windows 7 although I think the commands are the same in Vista.
