?I think is a jaws focus problem. I am using windows life mail 2009. However, I always check the e-mails I send to the list (the copy that the list sends to my inbox) and I've never seen them blank except the one Richard pointed out. BTW Dave "that user" has a name. Here in Puerto Rico refering to a person like it, or that person is quite offensive. I know you didn't do it intentionally so don't worry about it. Just a small observation.
