Hay Greg if you aren't awhere of this you can write or email directly to FS
concerning software products such as JFWS and the like and you might already
know this so disregard this if you know but the email address and the person
I wrote to and had no problems with because I needed to reset my Jaws
authorization disk and he was very helpful and walked me through every step
of the way of resetting my disk from three to five keys. So his name is
Grant Downey. So the email is softwaresupport@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and he
should be able to help you out as well as provide you with important
information!
