Control + Enter in Outlook

In earlier versions of Outlook, when I was done composing a new E-mail I
used to just press Control + Enter to send it on its way. This key
combination doesn't work in Outlook 2002 but does again in version 2003.
Does anyone know if there is a different hot key to send in 2002 since
Control + Enter doesn't work? With the way I do it, it's a little
cumbersome to move around the screen with the Jaws cursor just to click
on the Send. Thanks.
