hello richard i would get about as much results by going outside barking at my
dog.
i don't mean to be circastic but they should have some other way of customer
support. i think the service as a whole is good as far as making calls but
there accessibility stinks. if any one knows any tweaks or tricks as far as
accessibility with jaws 11 would you please share them with me.
