The only way I am aware of contacting Magic Jack is via their support chat.
Doing so seems to be like playing pin the tail on the donkey.
1. First, click the Customer Care/Live Agent link and then
Click the faq's link and submit a question in the edit field.
2. Search through the possible solutions offered.
3. Look at subsequent pages for the graphical link to a live support
chat.
4. Prepare yourself for clumsy text chat support. Plan on using a
lot of Jaws Cursor action.
I've managed to get to the support chat link several times, but each time is
a new adventure! Be persistent!
