Contacting FS

Hi,
I am wanting to know what is the best way for someone to contact FS with a
comment or complaint?
If it is by email them what address has anyone used to get great results?
The reason for my query is because of what potential JFW 8.0 represents and
yet so early many people have found faults, problems or falling short on
expectations that hopefully if told to FS directly may see in the next
update or upgrade.

a jaws user still leery about installing version 8.
