Confirming blank lines in Word

Hello Listers, I am in the process of writing a formal letter dutifully
pressing enter multiple times to seperate the letter's components inside
address, date ETC ETC. My question is there a JFW keystroke to navagate the
document and check if the number of blank lines are correct? I am using Jaws
5.0 with Win XP pro. Thank you in advance
