The virtual ribbon supercedes the actual Access 2007 key tips. so if you use one, you can't use the other.

Ialso the Access 2003 keystrokes work nicely with 2007, if you can stinkin' remember them.

One thing that can be done is using a menu system to seperate the functions from shortcut keys in one easy place. I did this with rhapsody blind. I know

that there are some hidden shortcuts when you press alt+o then type the next

letters to activate certain function.
