Thanks. I try. <smile> I know I sometimes leave out a step or two when I try to explain things, too. I'm bad about that, so thanks for the vote of confidence. <smile> Take care. -- Julie Morales Email & Windows/MSN Messenger: mercy421@xxxxxxxxxxx Skype mercy0421 AIM mercylab421 http://juliemorales.avonrepresentative.com/ Currently in Winchester Regional, Virginia Clear, 59F°(15C°) Wind:S (170°) at 9mph (8KT) The Moral Majority is neither. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lisle, Ted (CHFS DMS)" <Ted.Lisle@xxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, January 03, 2007 8:10 AM Subject: RE: Clip art and document templates I've never used clip art, but have created my share of templates. Microsoft has quite a bit you can download from their site. It's a bit quirky to select the clip art you want sometimes, but I've found a way around its eccentricities and use it all the time. You download the clip art you want, then you can select it and insert it into your document. As for creating a template, you just create the document as you would any other, but leave out any personal stuff that you'd be adding to each individual form. Then, you choose document template in the Save As dialog box and save the file in the Microsoft Office folder under templates, assuming, of course, you're using Microsoft, but anyway, I wrote all this based on Word so I'm assuming you do. Anyway, I know this probably sounds a little jumbled...I've had a migraine since Friday, so if no one else has explained it any better, I'll give it another whirl later. I know what I'm doing but don't always put it into words very well. <smile> Take care. -- Julie Morales Email & Windows/MSN Messenger: mercy421@xxxxxxxxxxx http://juliemorales.avonrepresentative.com/ Currently in Winchester Regional, Virginia Clear, 35F°(2C°) Wind:Calm Christopher Robin Hood steals from the rich and gives to the Pooh. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Danny Wells" <dd-wells@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, January 01, 2007 3:18 PM Subject: Re: creating thank you in word Hi Julie, I do not know how to create a template and would be very glad if you would provide the details.
