The reason I think this is JAWS-related is that minimizing the burdens on a
system's performance tends to facilitate JAWS. I've just been alerted to a
Wikipedia entry on this exact subject. It gives specific instructions for
each of the major browsers and simplified some decisions that the browsers
ask you to make.
