Citrix or Checkpoint VPN Client

Hi,
We are trying to get JAWS 12.0 to work with either Citrix or Checkpoint
VPN for a remote transcriptionist.
Neither will work- when we launch a session Jaws does not read any of
the screen.
Does anyone have experience with setting up Jaws with Citrix or
Checkpoint VPN?
