Characters Not Appearing in braille

Yesterday, I installed the latest version of JAWS, 6.20. After installing
it, many so-called special characters appear as blank spaces on my
Powerbraille 40, although they are announced properly. The non-displaying
characters include, for example, the thorn (see the thorn in my signature, below.) and the copyright symbol (both of which I
use on all my web pages), although there are many others, as well.

Does anyone know how to correct this? Is there, for example, a file defining
the braille character set that I could copy from version 6.0 (which did not
have this problem) to version 6.20.

Thank you.

Blessed Be,

Dana
