Changing Reading Voice

Hi, folks. I use a braille display, so I don't get into the voice settings
much.
I'm using Jaws version 7.1 on Windows XP home. Is there a way to change the
main reading voice without adding another synthesizer? I'd rather have one
of the female voices be the main reading voice.
