Hi Jack
No I don't want to print it, sorry if I said that.  I want the attachment or 
email to be read on the monitor and to be displayed as "Black on White"
This as my Friends says is easier for her to read it.
So if I sent you a attachment of a list of phone numbers and I want that 
text to appear as "Black on White" how do I achieve this.
If I have a Word document open how do I change the page to read as "Black on 
White".
I want the Word document to be "Black on White".
