Sorry, I don't think so. You can put JAWS in the system tray, but it will
always come up when you press Insert+J.
Even if you go to the Keyboard Manager and in the default configuration
remove Insert+J as a valid keystroke, your kid could still press Alt+Ctrl+J
or even type JAWS in the run dialog to launch JAWS.
To be honest, I think this level of "fiddling" with JAWS is healthy and I do
it all the time, or I wouldn't know as much as I do about JAWS.
And then there are ways to "fiddle" with every other application, including
the ones you want them to use. You're fighting a losing battle, I think.

i have interesting query. is there any way we can disable jaws menus?
this is a requirement for a kid who goes into config, keyboard
manager, voices, menus, etc. instead of doing actual work on
worksheet, word, etc.
please suggest some method.
