If the eject command for whatever reason doesn't work, then try the little pin hole to the side of the drive. All pc's have this for instances when a disc gets stuck in the drive or it for whatever reason it doesn't want to open. I'm guessing the eject command will do it for you though. -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Roy Nickelson Sent: Wednesday, October 14, 2009 6:21 PM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: Can not open D or E drive. you need to choose eject from the context menu not open. Can any one help me with what I seem to be doing wrong? I have tried to open a CD with my CD player plugged into two USB ports and I have tried a SD card in my SD card reader. I can not seem to open either. I am doing Windows key and M for desk top then navigating to my computer then highlighting d drive then shift F10 for context menu then arrow down to open. Each time it asks me to insert a disk which I already have inserted. What is up with this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
