Dear Dave and friends,
Thank you so much for your help.
Then that is what I shall do, install JAWS 10.
I do not wwish to purchase JAWS 12 right now!
I simply do not feel like spending any more money on my computer, after paying
A T and T "In-Home" Technical Support $179 and extending the warranty on my
Dell for a year at $148, so you see, Wow, did I do that!
  LOL!
Almost the cost of another computer!

Brain cells starting to die I suppose!
  LOL!

  With Best Regards,
  Alan

  Hello there;

yes, you can install jaws10 while already having jaws11 installed.

as long as jaws11 is authorized.

    Samuel,

Yes, having concurrent version is not the question. Alan is just making
sure that installing an older version after a newer version would not be a
problem.

Do you think he would be okay installing JAWS 10 after already having JAWS
11 installed?

I still have JAWs 3.4 and every version up to 12. on 'Hooch' (which is a
1.4 mHz computer I use at home).
So I do not see why you could not install multiple version on your
computer if you have the space.

      Alan,

I do not see any issues with doing that. Just be sure to back up all your
JAWS 11 settings files to somewhere else so you can retrieve if necessary. Also
create a restore point before doing the install. Just prudent.

        Dear Friends,
Okay, I understand there is a conflict with JAWS 9 and JAWS 11.
I do not know why I did not think of this, but can I install JAWS 10
when I have JAWS 11 installed already?
        Is there a conflict there?

I think Dave said the conflict started with JAWS 9 and older versions,
but did not save his message, just a symptom of my mental state with all this
after a complete reformat and loss of everything on my System's Drive!
        LOL!

No, drinking did not help, it made things worse, as I could not type
then!
        LOL!

        Thanks for your advice.
