Hello, To troubleshoot, try to go back to an earlier version of CCleaner. Can you hear the check boxes now? I used the graphics labeler to label the checked graphics, but I still have to use the JAWS cursor to see if things are checked or not. Before, I could just arrow through and JFW would automatically announce checked. So they've made some kind of change to the CCleaner interface.
