It probably isn't you.  I couldn't get it to come up on my XP office
machine either, although this Dell is more than a little quirky.  Alt 
Say All has never worked on this keyboard, so I just do without it.

after that killer patch, only way I got round it is rather strange I
sent a 
message to the friend or business in question from my xp laptop using 
Outlook express asking for a reply, it came in on both machines, and
then I 
rushed to Dell windows 7 and replied to it from there after that the
address 
came up on the windows 7  address book or contacts list, but that needed
2 
machines getting in same message, and seems not likely many will have
that, 
whenever I asked any engineer why is it so hard to get address to come
up 
automatically, got the "oh it is a Windows 7 thing, which I assume meant

they did not know.
