I know. I guess it's a two-pronged irony. First, the reply-to-sender command
worked when I didn't want it to, and it worked using the wrong key
combination.

Hi,
The command to reply directly to sender is jaws/insert key +shift key + R,
but version 11 has problems with this command.  It works only some of the
time.
