Cy,

I agree, but perhaps not so much with your allegory. I also didn't know
anything about Insert+F3 until Harmony brought it up in her message.

Definitely slick...

  Hi,

The insert+F3 is slick as snot.

It sure would have saved me a lot of time had I used it when I was searching
my email list for a particular subject. (LOLLOLLOL)

  Thanks for the info.

Hi, Dave. It's not in the Insert+F3 command. It's in the Insert+CTRL+F
dialogue box. Also, Harmony, are you pressing Insert+F3 or just F3? F3 is only
for the CTRL+F or regular find command. Insert+F3 is used for the JAWS Find
command.

    Harmony,

And this was in the Insert+f3 dialog? I see nothing there at all about
that. also no edit boxes. Where did you "keep" or "toss" history?

Can't remember if it was keep history, but it was keep something or
other. I accidentally checked a box just after the edit box.

Don't understand the connection. Where did you check the "keep history"?

        Hellow,

Does anyone know how to get to the jaws find stuff? I accidentally
checked the option that says keep history, so get absolutely nothing when I
press insert f3.

Thanks for any advice and sorry for the cross posting.
