Hi Bruce,
I have toldd FS, several times, about the problem with the Copy and Cut commands not being reported by JAWS, after WMP 11 is launched, ever since it started in JAWS 8. However, it has never been fixed.

You need to keep reporting whatever these flaws are with the bug report form. You may say that it is pointless, but it is certainly no more pointless than reporting it on a list that FS doesn't read. If you are going to report the bug, report it where it stands a chance of doing some good.

You know the FS mantra, "our software engineers are working on that issue and we hope it will be resolved in the next release." 
 There ability to collect credit card numbers however works flawlessly.
