I would check your my settings folder for jaws and delete all iTunes files in
there, then reinstall the scripts. We'll see if this fixes it because you
should hear, please wait, page loaded, refreshing, Ready, iTunes Store. Do you
hear any of that at all?

You mean you turned On the auto forms mode right? You said of, so I'm not
sure. The setting needs to be on, meaning activat. Yadial, didn't you have an
issue like this?

My firm answer is iTunes 10.2 but you could try 9 on it. The scripts have
gotten smarter in identifying windows, but the layout of the windows are so far
different than version 9. I would just update rather than even attempt it.
