Blank Messages

Hello All,
I have some what of a curious problem. I am using JAWS 4.51, and my
colors are on "High contrast black". When I send a message to someone who
is sighted, I am getting a message back saying that they can't read my
message because the screen is blank. Now, someone who is using a screen
reader does not have this issue when I send them a message because the
screen reader reads the screen to them. So, what do I do about the sighted
friends that I send messages to? Is there some settings that I should
change or what? I am concerned because I have sent some resumes, and I am
now wondering if they were blank too. Thanks in advance.
