Black Ice or Norton fire wall

Hi List,
I am finally moving into the 21st century and getting DSL. I am looking
for recommendations for a usable fire wall product that will work with
JFW. I have heard about Black ice and that Norton has some kind of Norton
Works that I believe has a fire wall. Please assist.
