All three sites have accessible Bible programs for download. Bibleseker is IMO the easiest to use as it opens the reference materials it comes with in Internet Explorer. Theophilos and the ONline Bible are the more sophisticated Bible Packages though and both of the latter can be expanded by buying copyrighted modern translations of the Bible etc. I think there are also a few other commercial bible packages out there that work to various degrees with speech but the above three let you download a free version to see what works best for you.
