try
http://lockettefamily.com/bibleseeker.htm#download
or
www.theophilos.sk
or
http://www.onlinebible.net/
All three sites have accessible Bible programs for download. Bibleseker is
IMO the easiest to use as it opens the reference materials it comes with in
Internet Explorer. Theophilos and the ONline Bible are the more
sophisticated Bible Packages though and both of the latter can be expanded
by buying copyrighted modern translations of the Bible etc. I think there
are also a few other commercial bible packages out there that work to
various degrees with speech but the above three let you download a free
version to see what works best for you.

How would someone get an accessible bible? One that works with Jaws?
