Dear subscriber,
The only way to unsubscribe is by doing what's explained at the bottom of
each message that posts to this list. Please read the instructions. And
please retain the welcome messages from the lists to which you subscribe in
the future so that you can review how to unsubscribe even if they don't
happen to give the instructions in each post. If you follow this
instruction, you will be unsubscribe. You don't do it by writing a complaint
message to the list itself, but by sending a command to the listserver.

[NJ Brand] It is a great list however over the last two weeks out of 1534
email messages, 1204 were from jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx With all the other
messages that now go with expanded duties I can not physically read all the
messages I do get. I have officially unsubscribed from this list twice since
February 2005. If you have this email address (normajean.brand@xxxxxxxx) in
your address/contact book please delete it. I wish you all good luck and
