Hi Steve and whoever else is under the impression I was asking about voice
chat.  I'm not.  What I called a "chat program" I'm beginning to suspect I
should have referred to as an IM program?  Did I create confusion by not
knowing that?  In any case, I'm not wishing for a program for talking to
people.  Only real time typing.  I believe most of the people who responded
understood that, even though I seem to have used the wrong terminology.  I
think that's what happened, anyway.
