Devona, I'll try to explain it the best I can. When sending a new email or forwarding one to several recipients using the bcc field prevents your recipient from reading the names of everyone you know. Especially with a screen reader these names are cumbersome and obnoxious. When using the bcc field you immediently tab to the field and start putting the names of all recipients using a ; between each entry. When the message is sent the recipient will only read that the message was sent to undisclosed recipients.
