I use it on both of my computers and like it very much. I find it very simple to use. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dewey Bradley" <dewey-bradley@xxxxxxx>

I use MSE and love it, I encourage everyone to use it.
Microsoft is a company you can trust, plus it's totaly accessible with jaws as far as I have found.

 Hmm, most interesting indeed.

Thursday Avast detected the same Trojan in Freedom Scientific.

I had it remove the Trojan and re-booted. All went well - but - next time I fired up the laptop it could not decide how to boot and wanted to know what to boot from. (frownie face)

It continued not to boot but today it came up fine.

I am going to remove Avast and go to Microsoft Essentials.

Hmm, not to jinx it but I've been using avast for a while now with no problems. I haven't jumped to jaws 11 yet though.

I used Avast for about a month last year and after one of their updates my computer crashed. I now use Microsoft Security Essentials and all is very well here. Great program MS has produced.

My avast went crazy last night and detected trojan horses in all my computers. Two computers even had their memory infected. It's not a JAWS issue. Mine attached themselves to spybot and skype.

I just went to open Outlook and Avast has come with an alert. Supposedly a Trojan called Win32:Delf-MZG [Trj] was found at C:\Program Files\Freedom Scientific\Shared\OOMHelper\1.0\OOMHelper.dll. This is clearly a JFW file and I wondered if Avast was making an error due to inaccurate classification. Has anyone else had this alert?
