You can if you have either a USB or Parallel port. You can purchase a JAWS
Dongle authorization from Freedom Scientific.

Hello list. I Have a question authorizing JFW with out using the disk. I
am getting a laptop from dell and It does not have a flopy disk drive. Is
there any I will be able to authoriz my JFW without using the disk since I
will not be able to use it on my laoptop.
